Una giornata da vivere quella di Summer Party, nel mitico scenario delle Dolomiti, sempre più accogliente e di grande impatto scenografico, è l’evento più atteso della stagione ampezzana. 26 gli stand gastronomici, con chef, pasticceri, maestri dell’arte bianca, etichette vitivinicole della zona, ma anche rinomate etichette di prestigiosi champagne, attendono gli ospiti, solo su invito, in perfetto tirol-style, ovvero tutti gli ospiti vestono i tradizionali costumi di Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Una tappa importante questa del 2024 che celebra il quindicesimo compleanno della manifestazione. L’evento inizia alle 12:30 e prosegue nel pomeriggio, tra degustazioni di pietanze preparate dagli chef, solo per citarne alcuni: Denis Lovatel e la sua croccante pizza gourmet di montagna; Riccardo de Prà, chef del ristorante Dolada, 1 stella Michelin; Mattia Berni, Alajmo di Cortina, tra musiche tradizionali e premiazione del costume più originale, fino al calar del sole, stemperato dal ritmo delle note frenetiche della live music della band e della mixology dell’open bar.

A day to experience that of the Summer Party, in the legendary scenery of the Dolomites, increasingly welcoming and scenic, it is the most anticipated event of the Ampezzo season. 26 food stands, with chefs, pastry chefs, masters of the white art, wine labels from the area, as well as renowned labels of prestigious champagnes, await the guests, by invitation only, in perfect tirol-style, that is, all guests dress in the traditional costumes of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
An important moment this 2024 celebrating the event’s 15th birthday. The event begins at 12:30 p.m. and continues into the afternoon amid tastings of dishes prepared by chefs, to name a few: Denis Lovatel and his crispy mountain gourmet pizza; Riccardo de Prà, chef of the 1-Michelin Star of Dolada restaurant; Mattia Berni, of Alajmo of Cortina, amid traditional music and an award ceremony for the most original costume, until the wait for the sunset, diluted by the rhythm of the frenetic notes of the music live band’s and the open bar mixology.
