Carlo Ratti, the next curator of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025, wants to try to give answers and find an ever closer relationship between human beings and nature. An intelligent Nature, which enters architecture and substantially changes our vision of home and city, and any other living place, which becomes an organism capable of taking on the characteristics of a living being. We seek oxygen to breathe, this is the leitmotif of artist Mariella Gentile, who takes us on an immersive journey underwater, her art becomes a reflection of our way of life, stimulating perception from other perspectives, and of places to be preserved, experienced with different sensations and visions. She invites us to be not just spectators but decision-making figures capable of influencing human behavior.
